I got twin room for 2 nights with good value for money, liked it. The hotel was in a marvellous location, close to San Francisco.

It was bright, spotless and with good value for money. Everywhere there was exceptionally clean.

cosy, bright room provided with good value for money. great facilities. magnificent location of the hotel easy to walk to the old town. and adjacent to the historical area, pension miribilla and a bus stop.

Its location is comfortable, just off the Guggenheim as well as the city centre. Also, we both thoroughly enjoyed Bilboko zezen museoa, located relatively close to the hotel.

well, it was a very comfortable stay for one night. it was next to the train station, the hill, and the historical area, incredibly comfortable and magnificent location overall. went to hegoetxea vegan bar for drink or two, set a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

our stay was just perfect! the new hotel exceeded all expectations. friendly staff, clean rooms, and a wide bathroom made our valentine's day extra special. plus, the convenient location near the bus stop and city center sealed the deal. highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay for one night. My twin room was modern and brand-new. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location of the hotel was great, next to the hill and the historical area of the city, close to the train station and San Francisco.

Conveniently located near city center and two rail stations. Close to pharmacy, supermarket, cafes, and laundrette. Staff helpful, basic Spanish knowledge beneficial. Quiet despite busy road. Clean and tidy room, recently refurbished.

The neighborhood where the hotel is located seemed a bit sketchy, especially if you're traveling alone. The lack of a small fridge in the room was also a downside.

The nearest airport was conveniently close, which meant a shorter taxi ride and more time for me to relax in luxury. The Euskalduna Conference Centre and Concert Hall being 2.3 km away was a blessing, I enjoyed the long stroll back after a night out. The tour desk was very helpful, giving me the best tips on how to avoid the noisiest rooms.

Oh, how I loved the sensation of sleeping in a sauna! The lack of air conditioning was a brilliant touch to make me feel like a piece of roasted meat.
